Hey there friend! Let me introduce myself! I am a Tennessee-based, traveling wedding and lifestyle photographer with a passion for capturing authentic, meaningful moments. I believe that the best photos come from real connections, which is why I value building a relationship with each of my clients. Getting to know you helps me tell your story in a way that feels genuine and true to who you are. When I’m not behind the camera, I love spending time with my husband of three years and our two playful kitties, Zoey and Frodo. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do—whether I’m crafting something new or playing bluegrass, I bring that same energy and attention to detail into my photography. My goal is to not only capture beautiful images but to make the experience relaxed, fun, and deeply personal, so we create photos that are as special as the moments they represent.
I'm KIRSTEN!
As a former bride who faced challenges with my own wedding photographer, I understand how crucial it is to have someone you can trust to capture the essence of your special day. This experience inspired me to become a wedding photographer who prioritizes the unique needs of each couple. I recognize that your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event that cannot be recreated, which is why my mission is to ensure you feel confident, cared for, and truly understood throughout the process. I take the time to build a genuine connection with each couple, learning about your vision and the moments that matter most to you. My goal is to create a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day while I capture every meaningful detail and emotion. With a commitment to preserving your memories with care and artistry, I aim to deliver photographs that not only reflect the beauty of your wedding but also the love and joy shared on that day.
"We have only seen the sneak peek photos and we are IN LOVE with the results so far. Kirsten is much more than a photographer."
Number of years I've spent doing what I love and documenting your stories
Instruments I might know a thing or two about playing such as the mandolin, guitar, and fiddle (Charlie Daniels is cringing ATM)
Different countries I have traveled to including Mexico, Honduras, the Bahamas, and SCOTLAND!
Fur-babies that I love dearly named Zoey and Frodo
While I don't believe I have the typical "just picked up the camera one day" story, I do come by photography honest. My dad before he passed away owned that beautiful vintage Canon camera down there. Now that he's waiting on me in Heaven, I treasure it so much and it part of why I am so happy to be a photographer. He used to call me his "little bumble bee" for a reason thats too complicated to explain here but I just wanted to devote a little piece of my site to him and to say that everything I do in my business is because of the values he instilled in me, his little bumble bee.
